FOR SALE : CAST IRON RETRO TABLE

72 inch * 36 inch * 30 inch high cast iron table with its original distressed green base

Circa 1920-40 it was manufactured by Alfred Herbert Ltd of Coventry whose name is cast onto the end rail.

They were large manufacturers of machine tools and received a visit from the King and Queen in 1940.

This is a piece of our industrial heritage

A very heavy precision measuring table in its day

It would make a unique dining table with places to seat 8 persons
