FOR SALE : GOXHILL COUNTY HAND MADE PAN TILES
Approximately 1700 hand made Goxhill pan tiles for sale 38cms x 26cms. These are in the garden of a house that is being cleared after the death of a relative. They seem in good condition and are stacked neatly although the edges have some moss etc through having been there some time.
Location: Barton, Co Durham (near Darlington and Richmond) Very reasonable price. Buyer collects. I have guessed that they are reclaimed/antique but it actually looks like they have been purchased and never used.
There are also 650 square whitish square patio tiles 30cms x 30cms with random black and grey dotted shapes

FOR SALE : VICTORIAN INTERLOCKING "FISH SCALE" ROOF TILES
I have approximately 800 very rare and unusual Victorian "fish scale" terracotta roof tiles for sale. They are sized 10.5" by 8" and were made by Hornsea Pottery to Wade and Cherry's Patent design.
The tiles are well weathered but in good condition although the nibs are missing from some. However it is easy to drill and nail them to the roof lats. Originally from a Grade 2 listed late 19th c school, they are ideal for matching to an existing roof or for a feature roof on a porch or small building or for vertical wall hanging.
My preference is to sell the whole lot together although I would consider smaller quantities.
