FOR SALE : CAST IRON SPIRAL STAIRCASE
inherited when moving into an old house in north yorkshire with intention of fitting into an old cottage we own at the rear. A beautiful old cast iron spiral staircase. I have never seen it constructed but the photo shows everything that there is:

14 steps, 14 uprights, 14 "backplates" (if that is what they are called). 8 smaller almost triangular pieces (no idea what they are for) so possibly some of those missing ?

dimensions:
two steps measuer approx 54" in diameter
7.5 " gap (height between steps)
pole is 2 piece and measures 12' tall

it needs some restoration work as surface rust etc.. as you'd expect when reclaiming something like this.

I have seen new/replicas and antique spiral staircases for sale £1500-£2000 including on this website. We will let this go for £995. Moving house without completing the cottage project.
