FOR SALE : FIRE ESCAPE, EXTERNAL STAIRS ,SPIRAL STARICASE
A galvanised metal spiral staircase in excellent condition 27 stairs with two platforms could be cut in half to make two spiral staircase.

Fire Escapes of this size and condition are raely seen This will be suitable for two story building

Spiral staircase with 27 steps and two platforms.
Step size 1080mm wide with arc width of 130mm to 500mm.
Step depth 180mm.
Mid Platform 1300mm x 1300mm 1300 m = 4265.04 ft decimal
top platform 1300mm x 1600mm
Box section girder support height 5300 m = 17388.24 ft decimal
Central pole 6300 m = 20669.04 ft decimal

All the stairs can be slide off the pole more stairs could also be added to the height of the pole if required
There is a nut at the top of the central pole which is in good condition but has not been released as the platforms are welded together. The steel plates joining the platform to the box section girder supports could be ground through on site to dismantle.

The Stairs have been disconected from the building This is a quality built staircase I could not understand why there was no rust
until I realished it is galvanished (and painted over the top)

You would pay at approx £7K plus vat so grab yourself a bargin.
