Another member was advertising this railway sign. I would be interested if it is still for sale and is not a replica. (They're almost impossible to distinguish apart from the lack of ageing, dirt and soft paint).
Most likely to be dark blue (eastern region). A maroon sign may be a copy as this would have only been fitted between after 1958 on transfer to London Midland Region - and the station closed in 1963. Blue (ER) preferred, maroon okay if geninue.

The paintings depict the actual external pub sign, are framed and glazed and measure approximately60cm x 40 cm.
