100 year old 30 metre x 8 metre 3 bay oak framed barn with oak cladding.
The barn is stood on brick foundations and has a clay tile roof which has kept the oak frame in good and dry condition.

Th price is for the oak frame plus as much of the barn siding as is wanted.

This will make an ideal basis for a large attractive barn conversion.

The barn is located in Croatia and the cost of dismantling and transportation are expected to add approx. £6000 to the purchase price of £16000.
