Massive 3 bay oak framed barn, clad with heavy oak planking. Very substantial square cut posts and beams. mortice & tenon, and dovetail joints.
The barn is approx. 100 years old and in very good condition for age.
Footprint is 30 metres x 8 metres.
This barn will make an excellent single or two floor conversion.
Price by negotiation, and can include dismantling, blueprinting, tagging, wood treatment, plus delivery to your site.
This barn is not located in uk, and although I have many other photos, an inspection visit would need to be arranged.
