 FOR SALE : SIGNED VICTORIAN PINE CHEST OF DRAWERS
A Victorian pine chest of drawers in it's original imitation mahogany finish.
Its most remarkable feature is the makers' signature and date, found on the glueblock that forms a foot: Langs Guiseley Made Feb 13th 1874.
A drawer side is also signed. It has original glass handles, and small castors.
In good structural condition, slightly worn and distressed
finish, a discrete repair has been made to the front left corner of the top surface (see photo). The drawers all run smoothly.
Height to top surface:34.5", to top of splash back:44.5".
Width of top surface:40", body 37.5".

Miniature Salesman Sample Truncated Ware Bench - C1880
Measures 6.5" tall x 7.5" wide x 4" deep (approx)
This bench is very unusual with an oatmeal glaze
It was made to look like it was made out of trees branches
It has no damage or repairs and is in excellent condition
This item is a scaled down model of an original
It is an exact copy of the original to show the quality of workmanship

Lovely original item with a fantastic patina, the pictures do not do it justice, it is a lovely dark oak patina
It measures 81.5" wide x 21.5" deep x 86" tall
The top does seperate from the base
The dovetail joints on the centre drawers show at the front of the drawer.
Either side of the drawers is a cupboard with shelves in each side.

 FOR SALE : ODEON CINEMA ORIGINAL SOFAS - ART DECO
Hi there
I have TWO Original ODEON Cinema Sofas up for auction... These were often sat in the foyer or lobby of ODEON Cinemas in the 1930s. These are the original item - not reproductions and are EXTREMELY rare! They were custom made by P.E.L. in the UK. Both are up for auction on eBay - link below.
I've enclosed some images - one picture dating from the 1940s is of the staff from the ODEON in Hanley sitting on one!
