A striking, art nouveau, walnut double bed. Featuring a decoratively carved headboard and matching footboard, with a floral design and a curved top rail; making this bed a unique feature in any period bedroom interior. This bed comes with robust metal side irons, and a newly made wooden slatted bed base. All that is required is a standard double mattress. This bed breaks down into four individual sections for ease of transportation and reassembly. The item is in lovely condition for its age circa 1900; perfect as a feature in any period bedroom setting. You must appreciate that this is an old piece of furniture, so it will have the odd mark and general wear and tear.
