An unusual picture frame made from beaten copper carrying quotes from R Burns. This Arts & Crafts copper picture frame has beaten thistles to all four corners and the inscription is:

'Some hae meat and canna eat

Some wad eat that want it

But we hae meat and we can eat

And sae the lord be thank it'

The item is in good condition and has the original frame makers label to rear as photos show.
