FOR SALE : MULTI DRAWER STAMP POSTCARD COLLECTORS CABINET

An extremely unusual large collector's cabinet. Its primary use has been for an enormous stamp collection. With its 124 individual double sided glass sliding drawers it could easily be used for postcards, autographs etc. Each vertical drawer pulls out to reveal a double sided glazed panel with a felt insert to enable both sides to be used independently used. Believed to be circa. 1920'2/30's.

The cabinet is in overall good condition for its age with no sign of woodworm. Unfortunately a small number of the lower handles and all 4 locks are missing. These could quite easily be replaced with very little trouble.
