FOR SALE : WILLIAM IV ROSEWOOD CARD TABLE

A superb example of a William IV Rosewood card table with its traditional swivel and folding top design. The table top is decorated with rope edged carving, and a rectangular design to the front. This William IV rosewood table stands upon an elegantly turned and reeded column with 4 intricately carved splayed feet. These feet have matching rope carving along their edge and an ornate leaf design to the floor standing parts. This table is in lovely condition for its age with just the obvious signs of wear and tear. There is, however, very slight fading to the top probably acquired through direct sunlight. This card table is new to the market as it has been part of the same family for over 50 years. It is one of many pieces that we have recently acquired from a lovely local property and is certainly not to be missed.
