FOR SALE : RARE ANTIQUE ROYAL MAIL GR PILLAR BOX WITH STAMP MACHINE
Circa 1920 and made by Derby Casting Limited of Derby
It has been fully restored and painted by UKAA in Post Office red paint
The pillar box is 6ft tall and the body of the pillar box is 30" wide
This pillar box would sit 12" into the ground and 5ft would be above ground
Original chubb locks and keys are fitted
An original stamp machine is fitted
This was reclaimed from the home of a retired postman in Skipton Yorkshire who had had it for many years
The stamp machine appears complete but we have not tested it
