FOR SALE : CAST IRON SPIRAL STAIRCASE WITH A LANDING RAIL

Reclaimed original cast iron spiral staircase

We salvaged the cast iron spiral staircase from a Private House in Surrey

The 15 steps have a rise of 8" each

All of the components are included as seen in the pictures

All of the nuts and bolts are included

This spiral is currently painted black - and is nice and clean it will just need recoating with paint once it is fitted

The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 26 ½"

This gives an overall maximum diameter of 53"

The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.

This spiral is cast iron and there are a few cast alloy spindles

The hand rail is metal as normal, but there is also a plastic/rubber cover that can be used to cover the hand rail - this is your choice
