FOR SALE : CAST METAL RECLAIMED SPIRAL STAIRCASE WITH TOP BALCONY

This is made of cast metal

The 12 steps have a rise of 8½" each

All of the components are included as seen in the pictures

All of the nuts and bolts are included

The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 21"

This gives an overall maximum diameter of 42"

The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.

The spiral will be delivered in its component parts

This was reclaimed from Stow on the Wold

This will repaint easily as the black paint is in very good condition
