FOR SALE : LARGE ANTIQUE RECLAIMED CAST IRON SPIRAL STAIRCASE WITH TOP RAIL
This is made of cast iron

The 12 steps have a rise of 8¼" each

All of the components are included as seen in the pictures

All of the nuts and bolts are included

The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 30"

This gives an overall maximum diameter of 5ft

The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.

The spiral will be delivered in its component parts

This was reclaimed from Lincolnshire

The distance between the upright spindles is 11" and the hand rail height is 35"
