FOR SALE : TALL RECLAIMED CAST IRON SPIRAL STAIRCASE WITH TOP RAILS

This is made of cast iron
The 14 steps have a rise of 8" each
All of the components are included as seen in the pictures
All of the nuts and bolts are included
The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 21¾"
This gives an overall maximum diameter of 43½"
The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
The spiral will be delivered in its component parts
This was reclaimed from Spalding in Lincolnshire
The hand rail height is 34"
There is a small amount of welding required to fix the hand rail on this spiral once it is in position - this is relatively easy as the handrail is made of steel
