Hi, I'm interested in two of the pitch pine 12"x12" beams advertised. Are they still available?
Can you confirm the condition of these and whether they have been stored inside? Is there any rot and if so whereabouts. I actually need x2 beams of 21ft each, would you consider cutting down one of the 29ft beams?
