FOR SALE : 1936 ROLL TOP CLAW FOOT BATH WITH FREE SINK
This is an orignal 1936 bath in very good condition, the enamal is good with the odd lime scale/water mark, it has good taps one has a slite chip on it ceramic otherwise good working order, feet are all very good.
The sink is belived to be orignal but not sure, again good taps one with chip on ceramic comes with wall brackets.

I removed this cast iron fireplace from a large Rectory house. This is one of the most detailed fireplace i have seen for years. there is nothing wrong with it. I must insist how good it is. This item consists of 12 solid wood, (mahogany) wall panels making a total run of 13.94 metres (45'9") and a height of 2.11 metres. The depth is up to 60 m.m.
They were removed from a hotel during renovations, and are believed to be about 50 years old. Now at a reduced price to clear!

Ightham cladding tiles
FOR SALE : IGHTHAM CLADDING TILES
Rare Ightham shaped tiles, recently removed from a 1925 Modernist house, where they clad the exterior walls. About 2,500 tiles, most are same size 25.5cm x16.5cm , but there are are small number of smaller tiles 18.5cm x 16.5cm, and some square tiles, and right-angle edging tiles. Buyer collects from Felixtowe, Suffolk.

All in good condition, unbroken, although there has been some weathering on edges of some tiles. Those shown are a random sample, not just the best of the bunch.
