This heavy duty overhead door closer can be considered the "Rolls Royce" of door furniture with its sleek stainless steel lines and fully enclosed fixing system. 



It is fully power adjustable - EN Power 2-4 - and has an adjustable backcheck, as well as latching and speed.



Designed by Alan Tye Designs in the 1990s, this door closer has won architectural design awards and would add a real mark of quality to your refurbishment project.



Modric 9151A door closers are stocked by only one other supplier in the UK, but we have recently reclaimed 18 for sale. They are in excellent condition as these images show.
