FOR SALE : WINDOW SECURITY BARS/STAIR CASE SPINDLES

Window Bars
These window bars were made for me by my local blacksmith some 25 years ago to go on 6 windows, to improve security on an old cottage.
There are 24 in total, 12 of each size - the dimensions given are between the fixing holes. The 2 different lengths are 74.5 and 77cms. These dimensions may vary slightly as they are not machine/factory made.
They are made from 12.5mm square steel which was hammered to give an antique effect and have a twisted section in the middle around 14cms long. Prior to being painted black they were galvanised to stop any rusting.
There are 2 countersunk fixing holes each end. They will need repainting, but there is no corrosion/rusting at all.

An alternative use would be for decorative spindles on a staircase. With a bit of imagination they would not be too difficult to secure in place.
Collection is preferred due to weight but they could be posted/couriered.
