STOLEN : A bronze Sundial Plate, 22.8cm dia engraved with a central large Rose Flower and inscribed "Serene he stands amid the flowers, and only counts life's sunny hours" and the maker "Parr Barnes". The gnomon has an angle of 52degs and is serrated on the vertical edge. The plate is set on an octagonal carved Stone Block, 35.5cm across, which is supported by a winged Cherub, 69cm high, standing on a Circular Base. The whole is 100cm high overall.
